Crockpot Chicken

It's been crazy busy and it was nice to come and smell this cooking in the late afternoon yesterday.

Crockpot Chicken with Olives

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small jar roasted red peppers
About a cup of leftover spaghetti sauce
About ¾ cup kalamata olives

Cook on high for 1 hour and then on low for the rest of the day (about 8 hours this time, but 6 hours works fine)

We had it with rice – pasta would be good, too.
